HAVI Connect Marketplace Privacy Policy

HAVI BS and its affiliated and subsidiary companies ("HAVI", "us", "we", or "our") provide this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain our privacy practices for the information we collect through the HAVI Connect Marketplace from our business customers, through our website at haviconnect.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
This page is intended for and only made available to authorized business customers of HAVI. We collect, use, share, store, and otherwise process information as disclosed in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specifically agreed in a contract or other writing between us and you or the company for whom you work and on whose behalf you interact with us. By using our Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Our Platform provides authorized business customers the ability to place orders directly with one or more third-party suppliers ("Suppliers"). We will share information with those Suppliers in connection with your orders. The collection, use, sharing, and other processing of personal information collected by Suppliers is governed by their privacy policy and terms of use, if any. If you have any questions about your order (i.e., tracking, returns) and how your information is used by a Supplier, please contact the Supplier with whom your order was placed.
To the extent applicable, you hereby represent that (i) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or company for whom you work or on whose behalf you interact with us; and "You" as used throughout this Privacy Policy also means your employer or such other entity you on whose behalf you are acting. Note that any information you provide to us or that we collect through your use of the Platform may be available to your employer.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT 
We may collect information from you directly, automatically when you visit the Platform, and sometimes from third parties. Some of this information may be considered "personal information" or "personal data" under various applicable laws. We consider information that identifies you as a specific, identified individual (such as your name, phone number, and email address) to be personal information. We will also treat additional information, including IP addresses and cookie identifiers, as "personal information" where required by applicable law.
Information You Provide Directly 
In the course of using the Platform, you may provide us with certain information,
  including name, phone number, e-mail address, professional title, business
  and/or private address, and the company you are affiliated with. If you choose
  to log in with third party credentials, such as your McDonalds or social media
  account, we will receive information from that third party for verification
  purposes and to provide you access to the Platform. 
In addition, when you place orders through the Platform, we collect and store the information that is entered into the system (e.g., notes/comment entries, user information, shipping and billing address information, articles ordered).
Information We Collect Automatically 
We and our third party
  business partners (including third party service providers and analytics
  providers) may also collect information on how the Platform is accessed and
  used ("Usage Information"). This Usage Information may include information such
  as your browser type, browser version, pages of our Platform that you visit,
  the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device
  identifiers and other diagnostic data. In addition, we may automatically
  collect your IP address or other unique identifier ("Device Identifier") for
  any computer, mobile phone, or other device you may use to access the Platform.
  A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your device
  used to access the Platform. 
Our Platform uses Google Analytics and Hotjar
  (with the anonymizer function) to collect information about the use of our
  website. Google Analytics uses cookies or other tracking technologies to
  collect and analyze information about the use of the Platform and report on
  activities and trends. Google may also collect information about the use of
  other websites, apps, and online services. You can learn about Google's

Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to support the Platform and the order functionality and to track and improve activity on our Platform. Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include a unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.
Our Platform also uses third party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Platform. By agreeing to accept our use of cookies, you are giving us, and third parties we partner with, permission to place, store, and access the cookies sent to your device. Web Beacons. Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons (also known as "1x1 GIFs" or "clear GIFs") may be included in our web pages and email messages. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or email can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to the Platform, to monitor how users navigate the Platform, to count how many emails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular links were actually viewed.
Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Platform, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your device from our web server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Platform and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.
In addition, we may use a variety of other technologies that collect Usage Information and similar information for security and fraud detection purposes and to enforce our intellectual property rights.
Do Not Track Requests. Some browsers can be set to send a "Do Not Track" request that requests that a website not track the visitor's activity. Currently, our Platform does not stop tracking in response to those requests except as specifically required by law. Information We Receive From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including business partners, data providers, and your employer if you are accessing our Platform on behalf of a company. We may supplement that information with the information we collect to respond to your requests. Additionally, you may choose to access the Platform by creating an account by logging in through your email or a third party platform. By doing so, we may receive additional information about you through your account data on these third party platforms-

  you choose to do so;

  our Platform; To monitor the use of our Platform; For internal business purposes,
  such as to organize the Site to better serve you, customize or develop and
  improve our products and services, to conduct market research and to analyze
  trends and statistics, and to comply with legal requirements and our business policies; To detect, prevent and address technical or security
  issues;  To detect, prevent and address misuse,
  fraud, any criminal activity, and other illegal activities or activities that
  violate our terms and policies, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable
  agreements and policies;  As otherwise disclosed in this
  Privacy Policy, for other reasons that we disclose when you provide your
  information, or otherwise with your consent. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES We may share non-personal information, including
  Usage Information, aggregated user statistics, and information that has been hashed
  or otherwise de-identified, with third parties in our discretion. We may also
  share personal information: (i) as disclosed when you
  provided it, (ii) with your consent, (iii) as described elsewhere in this
  Privacy Policy, and (iv) in the circumstances described below  all as
  permitted by applicable law.  McDonalds and Your Employer/Company: If you are accessing the Platform
  as an authorized representative of a company, all your activities are considered to be on behalf of that company, and the
  company will have access to information about your activities and the
  information in your account, if applicable. And, given the close relationship
  between you and/or your company and McDonalds, McDonalds may have access to the
  personal, order and other information collected through the Platform. Suppliers: Through your use of the
  Platform, you may place orders that will be fulfilled by Suppliers. We will share
  information related to the transaction with the Supplier, who will process and
  fulfill the transaction. Each Supplier has their own policies related to the
  transaction and their own privacy policies, all of which govern you transactions with the Supplier.  Service Providers: We may employ third party companies and
  individuals to facilitate our Platform ("Service
  Providers"), provide the Platform on
  our behalf, perform Platform-related
  services, or assist us in analyzing how our Platform is used. These Service Providers have access to your
  personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are
  obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.  Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Business
  Transfers, and Transitions: We may share your
  information, including personal information, with our parent and affiliates for
  internal business and operational purposes. In the event HAVI goes through a
  transition (such as a merger or joint venture, acquisition, bankruptcy or sale
  of all or a portion of its assets, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process), your
  information will likely be among the assets transferred. By providing your
  personal information, you agree that we may transfer your information in
  connection with any corporate transition. When You Agree to Receive Information
  from Third Parties or Direct Us to Share Your Information: We may share information when you direct us to do so. Please note that we are not responsible for
  the privacy practices of third parties. If you later decide that you no longer
  want to receive communications from a third party, you will need to contact
  that third party directly. Law
  Enforcement and Protection of Users: To the
  extent permitted by law, we will disclose your personal information to
  government authorities or third parties pursuant to a subpoena or other legal
  request or process. We may also use or disclose your personal information as
  permitted by law to enforce or protect the rights or property of us, our
  customers, or business partners. Information that we disclose in this way may
  become available to others. SECURITY
   The security of your data is important to
  us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of
  electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially
  acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its
  absolute security. You use the Platform
  and provide us with information at your own initiative and risk.  RETENTION OF INFORMATION  We retain your information for the period necessary
  to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy,
  unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.  THIRD PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT Our Platform
  may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us, and other
  content hosted and served by third parties. If you click a third-party link,
  you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to
  review the privacy policies of every site you visit.  We have no control over and assume no
  responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party
  sites or services.  GENERAL AUDIENCE SITE  Our Platform
  is not intended for users who are under the age of eighteen (18) and the
  age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not intend, and the Platform is not designed, to knowingly
  collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a minor,
  you should not contact or otherwise provide personal information to our Platform.  CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY  To the extent permitted by applicable law,
  we may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of such changes
  by posting the changed or modified Privacy Policy on this page and indicating at
  the top of the Privacy Policy the date it was last updated. We may also provide
  notice to you in other ways in our discretion, such as through contact
  information you have provided. Any changes will be effective immediately upon
  the posting of the revised Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified, and your
  continued use of the Platform after
  the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy (or such other act as
  specified in the revised Privacy Policy) will constitute your consent to those
  changes to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. However, we will

  that you may no longer be able to use certain or any features of the Platform if you do not consent to the
